Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of storiaplay.com and its videos and games (the "Service"), operated by Yieldenza Pte. Ltd. ("Yieldenza", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Storiaplay offers short videos — including "Did You Know" knowledge shorts and original micro-dramas — and casual browser games, free of charge. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove content and features at any time.
2. Who may use it
The Service is general-audience. If you are a minor in your country, you may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you can form a binding agreement with us or have such consent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, download, record, redistribute, publicly perform or create derivative works from our content, except the temporary streaming the Service provides for your personal, non-commercial use;
- scrape, crawl, or use bots to access the Service, or interfere with its normal operation, security or ad delivery;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source content or media files;
- submit abusive, unlawful, hateful, or infringing display names or other content, or impersonate others;
- manipulate game leaderboards through cheating, automation or exploits.
4. Content & intellectual property
All videos, games, artwork, text, the Storia and Storiaplay names and logos, and the Yieldenza brand are owned by Yieldenza Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the content for your own enjoyment. No other rights are granted.
5. Leaderboards & display names
If you submit a display name for a game leaderboard, it is public. You grant us a licence to display it in connection with the Service, and you confirm it does not infringe anyone's rights or reveal personal information. We may remove any name or score that breaches these terms or appears abusive, and we may reset leaderboards.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising, including video pre-rolls and promotional placements for our own products. Using the Service means you accept that ads may be shown. Your advertising choices are described in our Cookie Policy and Do Not Sell or Share page.
7. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites and products (such as hiaria.ai). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Disclaimers
Our "Did You Know" and other content is for general knowledge and entertainment only and is not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yieldenza Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Yieldenza Pte. Ltd. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.
11. Changes & termination
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; the "last updated" date will change and continued use means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
