Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Storiaplay collects when you watch videos and play games on storiaplay.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Storiaplay is operated by Yieldenza Pte. Ltd. ("Yieldenza", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore.

1. Information we collect

Storiaplay has no accounts and no sign-up. You can watch and play without giving us your name or email. The information we do handle is:

Information collected automatically

• Device & technical data — browser type, operating system, screen size, language, and the approximate region derived from your IP address (we do not store precise GPS location).
• Usage data — which videos and games you open, watch time, game scores, pages visited, referring links, and timestamps.
• Cookies & similar technologies — small identifiers stored on your device for essential functions, analytics and advertising (see our Cookie Policy).

Information you choose to give us

• A display name for game leaderboards — optional, chosen by you. Please don't use your real full name or anyone else's personal details; leaderboard names are public.
• Messages you send us — if you contact support, we keep what you send so we can reply.

2. How we use information

• To deliver the service — stream videos, run games, remember your display name and game progress on your device.
• To measure and improve what we make — which episodes and games people enjoy, playback quality, and site performance (in aggregate).
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud, abuse and spam.
• To show advertising that keeps Storiaplay free (see below), and to measure how ads perform.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Advertising

Storiaplay is free and ad-supported. We show ads, including short video pre-rolls before some episodes, and promotional placements for our own products such as Aria. To measure and, where permitted, personalise ads, our advertising and measurement partners may set cookies or read device identifiers.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use strictly-necessary cookies to make the site work, privacy-friendly analytics to understand usage in aggregate, and advertising cookies to support the free service. You control the non-essential categories through our cookie banner and Cookie settings. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.

5. Children's privacy

Storiaplay is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not require anyone to provide personal information to watch or play. Our knowledge videos are made to be family-friendly, but we rely on parents and guardians to supervise younger viewers and to manage device and browser privacy settings. If you believe a child has provided us personal information (for example, a revealing leaderboard name), contact us at privacy@yieldenza.com and we will remove it promptly.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your contact details. We share limited information only:

• Service providers — hosting, content delivery, analytics and security vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Advertising & measurement partners — as described above, subject to your choices.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, users and the public.
• Business transfers — if Yieldenza is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, with notice where required.

7. International transfers & retention

Storiaplay is operated from Singapore and uses infrastructure in several regions, so your information may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards where required by law. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be kept longer.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. Because we hold very little that identifies you, these mostly apply to cookie and advertising data.

• Cookies & ads — use Cookie settings or the Do Not Sell or Share page.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC) — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of advertising "sale"/"sharing" automatically.
• Other requests — email privacy@yieldenza.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Security & changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, though no method is perfectly secure. We may update this policy as the service evolves; we'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give clearer notice.
